Kenneth Brown was hired as the new Chief Executive Officer effective January 17,
2007. 

From October 2005 through December 2006, Mr. Brown was Vice President
and a Board Member of EarthFirst Americas, Inc. with responsibilities for
all biodiesel sales and new business development.

From December 1999 through October 29, 2005, Kenneth was Chief Executive Officer and a Board Member of ACQUA America, Inc.

He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida College of Law in 1987 and his B.B.A. from Mercer University in 1980.
