Internal Hydro International is ready to provide to the energy market with a set of scaleable alternative energy products unlike any the world has seen. The Energy Commander System (EC) is designed to help meet the energy needs of commercial industry, government and third world applications.

Historically, hydroelectric energy has required large turbine engines powered by massive amounts of water. Even the very smallest turbines require 187 tons of water per minute (6000 cu ft/min or 45,000 gal/min). This huge amount of water rushes past metal blades causing them to turn and produce electricity. This method of generation works well when large amounts of water are available but is impractical and inefficient when water flow is reduced. The concept of turbine-generated electricity has thus been limited to large waterfalls and dams.

Internal Hydro’s answer is a method of producing strong mechanical force (similar to the forces produced by turbines) by capturing and properly directing smaller water volumes and pressure. We achieve this with great efficiency using “positive displacement” utilizing a piston inside a cylinder. The Energy Commander System represents the first time this new technology has been used to produce electricity. Positive displacement easily generates the necessary mechanical force required to produce electricity.

The EC units are solid mechanical devices that are not dependent upon intricate electronics such as solar cells or converters making them extremely reliable. Wasted pressure flow is sent through the heart of the EC system where pistons create massive mechanical forces. 100 percent of this force is then transferred to a generator creating both electricity and optional air pressure, for direct use or storage. The water or gas then moves out of the unit and on to its original destination.



Each Energy Commander V system has a projected market price of $45,000 to $50,000 US per 30kW system - equating to $1500 to $1700 per kW. Multiple units of the EC can be set along the same natural or man-made flow source allowing for the use of multiple systems in the same location. The EC does its job quietly, day or night, without the use of carbon producing fossil fuels. It gives off no emissions and requires no wind or sunlight.

A 30 kilowatt unit in the US will produce around $19,000 per year and approximately $44,000.00 per year in Europe and overseas.
